• We collect information through our enquiries form, asking for name, organisation, email address and comments. You can also choose to provide your telephone number.

What do we do with the information collected?

• We may perform statistical analyses of enquiries submitted via the website. This information is not disclosed to any third parties.
• Information is stored in our off-site secure data centre which are protected by multiple security systems including firewall, intrusion detection and countermeasures systems. Our premises are physically protected and monitored by various measures including recorded and monitored CCTV and monitored alarms.

Do we share the information we collect?

• We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone outside of Baigent Ltd. 
• We will provide enquirers with a summary of all personal information that we collect upon request. We will charge £10 for such requests. To make such a request, send an email to enquiries@baigent.net and include the email address that you provided along with your organisation name. Personal information will be provided within 28 days.
